📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for enterprise business systems and applications • Partner with stakeholders and senior leadership to identify business needs and deliver scalable technology solutions • Manage the enterprise applications roadmap, ensuring systems remain current, secure, and aligned with business objectives • Collaborate with IT, business teams, and vendors to plan and deliver system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and deployments • Support budget planning, vendor management, contract negotiations, and software licensing compliance • Oversee application governance, change management, and system documentation processes • Provide hands-on application administration and support, including troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating urgent resolutions • Manage multiple projects and priorities across a global, geographically dispersed environment • Drive end-user adoption through training, support, and continuous process improvement initiatives • Identify opportunities to simplify the application landscape by eliminating duplicate systems and improving overall efficiency • Act as a key subject matter expert for enterprise applications, including JD Edwards, ensuring ongoing system performance, optimization, and business value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology with responsibility for enterprise applications and business systems • Experience leading teams and managing enterprise-wide applications in a complex business environment • Strong experience with JD Edwards ERP and related business processes • Strong technical aptitude across SaaS and enterprise applications • Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and application governance • Experience working with third-party vendors, consultants, and managed service providers • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and stakeholder expectations • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills • Demonstrated curiosity for emerging technologies and continuous improvement • Experience supporting global organizations and geographically distributed teams is preferred • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
