📋 Description

• Join a high-level tax practice, working on strategic and highly complex matters. • Direct client interaction, participation in significant projects, and team coordination. • Work in an environment that values technical depth and autonomy. • Advise domestic and international clients on complex tax inquiries, with a focus on direct taxes and tax planning. • Prepare legal opinions, memoranda and advisory notes on issues related to income taxation, corporate reorganizations and investments. • Lead technical discussions with clients, actively participating in the structuring of legal solutions and assessment of tax risks. • Handle tax administrative proceedings, including strategy definition, drafting and reviewing submissions, and defending legal positions. • Coordinate and review work produced by junior and mid-level lawyers. • Monitor legislative, regulatory and case law changes, assessing their impacts and opportunities for clients. • Contribute to the development of theses, studies and initiatives aimed at knowledge production and technical excellence within the tax practice.

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 8–10 years since qualification and solid experience in Tax Law; • Significant experience in tax advisory work and federal administrative litigation, particularly on direct tax matters; • Experience drafting high-complexity legal opinions, memoranda, tax consultations and legal studies; • Excellent legal writing, reasoning and client communication skills; • Strong analytical ability and critical judgment for evaluating complex tax issues; • Good knowledge of accounting; • Strong academic involvement; participation in tax law study groups and related initiatives will be considered a plus; • Fluent English.
