📋 Description

• Responsible for contributing to the mission and vision of the Company • Provides a high degree of consultative support and subject matter expertise • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and company regulations and policies related to employees’ absences • Drafts and manages a variety of leave-related legal correspondence • Manages all leave assignments, escalations, and queries in the case management system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources Management • 5-7 Years Relevant Work Experience • Certified Professional (CP) - Society of Human Resource Management - Society of Human Resource Management is preferred • Familiarity with FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), Short- and Long-Term Disability, and ADAAA (Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act) • Strong critical thinking and solution-driven decision-making
