📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients by leading Pre-Sales conversations, presentations, and solutioning around nCino’s capabilities • Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to identify solutions for key business challenges and articulate the strategic value of the nCino platform • Lead detailed product demonstrations and presentations, handling functional capability questions and showcasing solution value • Bring subject matter expertise in credit, lending, banking, and financial services to client engagements • Configure the nCino solution to reflect prospect-specific user stories and technical requirements, tailoring demos to highlight differentiated value • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Sales, Product, Partners, and Customer Success colleagues to deliver a seamless prospect experience • Lead complex Pre-Sales engagements across the DACH region

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in banking or financial services, ideally combined with Fintech Pre-Sales or consulting experience • Proven ability to build strong rapport with prospects and clients and navigate complex cross-functional stakeholder environments • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for large groups and senior audiences • Ability to respond quickly to complex scenarios, adapt to evolving situations, and thrive in a client-facing environment • Fluency in German and English, written and spoken • Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required, up to 60% • Hands-on experience with Loan Origination platforms or workflows is advantageous • Knowledge of credit risk management or regulatory requirements in the banking sector is advantageous • Experience using or configuring Salesforce is advantageous
