🎯 Requirements

‱ Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of NDD products ‱ Participate in and/or act as an instructor for trainings on NDD products or support tools for technical analysis ‱ Respond to tickets to clarify questions, requests, or incidents, identifying and resolving problems ‱ Consult and publish articles in the knowledge base ‱ Perform version migrations for customers and partners
