Description

β€’ Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters β€’ Negotiate and manage complex customer and vendor contracts and close agreements to maximize profits across multiple Ndustrial offerings β€’ Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors β€’ Demonstrate deep understanding of the food and beverage supply chain ranging from manufacturing, warehousing, transport and delivery/retail β€’ Deliver on customer needs and ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer project requirements by communicating and leading specific initiatives across various internal functions β€’ Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders β€’ Map and develop opportunities for new and existing business to identify areas of opportunity and growth β€’ Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) β€’ Prepare and maintain reports on account status β€’ Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within vertical β€’ Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

β€’ Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the Food & Beverage industry β€’ Deep understanding of Food & Beverage supply chain, cold chain and/or energy β€’ 3+ years of technical and business acumen selling complex SaaS solutions in industrial, energy, and/or Food and Beverage environments β€’ Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders β€’ Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills β€’ Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs β€’ Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously β€’ Strong negotiation and presentation abilities β€’ Ability to travel domestically and internationally to prospective and existing customer accounts, industry conferences and engagements β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
