β’ Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters β’ Negotiate and manage complex customer and vendor contracts and close agreements to maximize profits across multiple Ndustrial offerings β’ Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors β’ Demonstrate deep understanding of the food and beverage supply chain ranging from manufacturing, warehousing, transport and delivery/retail β’ Deliver on customer needs and ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer project requirements by communicating and leading specific initiatives across various internal functions β’ Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders β’ Map and develop opportunities for new and existing business to identify areas of opportunity and growth β’ Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) β’ Prepare and maintain reports on account status β’ Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within vertical β’ Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
β’ Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the Food & Beverage industry β’ Deep understanding of Food & Beverage supply chain, cold chain and/or energy β’ 3+ years of technical and business acumen selling complex SaaS solutions in industrial, energy, and/or Food and Beverage environments β’ Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders β’ Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills β’ Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs β’ Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously β’ Strong negotiation and presentation abilities β’ Ability to travel domestically and internationally to prospective and existing customer accounts, industry conferences and engagements β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
