• Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters • Negotiate and manage complex customer and vendor contracts and close agreements to maximize profits across multiple Ndustrial offerings • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors • Demonstrate deep understanding of the food and beverage supply chain ranging from manufacturing, warehousing, transport and delivery/retail • Deliver on customer needs and ensure the timely and successful delivery of customer project requirements by communicating and leading specific initiatives across various internal functions • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Map and develop opportunities for new and existing business to identify areas of opportunity and growth • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) • Prepare and maintain reports on account status • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within vertical • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


• Proven work experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the Food & Beverage industry • Deep understanding of Food & Beverage supply chain, cold chain and/or energy • 3+ years of technical and business acumen selling complex SaaS solutions in industrial, energy, and/or Food and Beverage environments • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders • Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities • Ability to travel domestically and internationally to prospective and existing customer accounts, industry conferences and engagements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
