• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS systems. • Process employment changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations. • Prepare and update HR documents such as employment contracts and letters • Support onboarding and offboarding processes. • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries and escalate when necessary. • Enter, update, and audit data in HR systems to ensure consistency and accuracy in the data • Generate HR reports and assist with regular audits for compliance and internal needs. • Support the implementation and maintenance of HR systems and process improvements. • Ensure employee files are complete and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. • Assist in updating and distributing HR policies, employee handbooks, and process guides. • Assist with payroll and benefits administration support, including data gathering and employee updates. • Collaborate with other departments such as C&B, HRBP, Payroll to support employee lifecycle processes. • Participate in HR projects as needed to improve operations and employee experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. • 1–3 years of experience in an HR support or operations role. • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., HiBob, Jira, Confluence etc.) preferred. • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset. • Ability to collaborate across teams and cultures. • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
