• Managing our clients from contract signing onwards, including preparing the joint kick-off for collaboration • Leading and guiding clients through the onboarding and implementation process of our products • Knowing and documenting all key customer information • Identifying new use cases and upselling opportunities and proactively presenting them to the client • Actively expanding customer relationships with a focus on revenue targets • Identifying product opportunities from customer feedback in collaboration with the product team • Regular status meetings with clients — via video call and in person • Preparing reports and analyses • Explaining technical concepts and product features clearly and convincingly
• Completed training or degree in business administration (BWL), business informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik), sales, or a commercial/vocational qualification with relevant professional experience • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a B2B company, ideally in the software sector • Technical understanding of IT products and a willingness to learn new technologies • Interest in topics such as ID wallets, AI and deep tech • Results-oriented and comfortable being measured by your outcomes • Preferable: experience with the regulatory environment of KYC solutions • Strong communication skills to act as a sparring partner for our clients • Enthusiasm for selling our products to customers • Strong service mindset and customer orientation • Proactive work attitude with enjoyment for building processes • Very good German and English skills
