📋 Description

• Implementation and monitoring of compliance with IT governance requirements • Act as an interface between IT Governance, IT Security, IT Operations and IT Development to translate regulatory and conceptual requirements into practical technical and organizational measures • Support the implementation of IT security measures in coordination with IT teams • Create and revise guidelines, policies, process descriptions and work instructions within the scope of IT governance • Monitor regulatory and technological developments and prepare, review and update proposals for implementing new regulatory requirements • Support internal and external audits and track remediation actions for identified findings • Handle tasks within the corporate organization

🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience within an IT organization or an auditing/consulting firm in the areas of IT governance, IT security, cyber security or information security • Solid knowledge and an up-to-date, cross-topic overview of regulatory IT requirements, methods and frameworks (e.g., DORA, KRITIS) • Basic technical understanding of IT and software architecture is desirable • Relevant academic degree (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science or similar) • Precision and a high degree of reliability • Hands-on mentality, team player and strong communication skills • Fluent German skills, both written and spoken
