📋 Description

• Central point of contact for Diagnostic Expert Systems in hospitals, working closely with IT departments and clinical staff • Ensure excellent, customer-focused support and ongoing satisfaction of our existing customer base • Project management in the areas of Diagnostic Expert Systems, Radiology Information Systems (RIS) and dose management software • Independent commercial and organizational responsibility for customer projects • Coordinate and professionally handle customer inquiries regarding services and product-related topics • Intensive, cross-departmental collaboration with teams in Service, Support and Sales • Proactively identify customer needs in cooperation with subject matter experts • Transparent communication and effective collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders • Ensure continuous information flow and knowledge transfer within the company

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training or degree in Medical Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience • Experience in project management and strong commercial/entrepreneurial mindset • Ideally familiar with hospital workflows and healthcare communication standards such as DICOM, HL7 and FHIR • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills • Positive mindset and empathy • Enjoy working with a wide range of people • Reliability, initiative and ability to work independently • Willingness to travel, especially for customer meetings and project assignments • Very good German and English skills
