• Lead the company’s Growth strategy, focusing on pipeline and revenue generation • Build and optimize the customer acquisition, conversion, and expansion journey • Manage inbound and digital acquisition channels, monitoring performance, CAC, conversion, and ROI • Establish Marketing Ops processes and governance, ensuring data quality, tracking, and automations • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Ops on funnel construction and revenue predictability • Define goals, KPIs, and performance monitoring routines • Lead experimentation and continuous testing initiatives (growth loops, CRO, campaigns, channels, and segmentations) • Support ABM, inbound marketing, and demand generation strategies • Ensure alignment between positioning, campaigns, channels, and commercial objectives • Manage the area’s budget and prioritize initiatives • Lead and develop the Growth team
• Knowledge of AI tools • Strong ability to interpret metrics, combine data, and generate hypotheses (Analytics) • Advanced knowledge of paid traffic (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and SEO • Mastery of CRO (conversion rate optimization) techniques and CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics) • Experience in Growth, Demand Generation, or Performance • Proven experience generating pipeline and meeting revenue targets • Knowledge of the sales funnel and commercial operations • Experience with automation tools and data visibility (BI) • Data-driven decision making (data-driven culture) • Willingness to dive into operations and closely monitor metrics • Understand how acquisition impacts product and sales, working cross-functionally • Experience managing teams and multidisciplinary projects • Knowledge of ABM • Strategic profile with strong execution capabilities
