📋 Description

• Manage, develop and strategically expand our partner network. • Advise and further develop our power partners as a trusted peer. • Acquire, qualify and onboard new partners. • Conduct partner meetings, trainings and events (on-site & virtual). • Support partners with customer projects, trade shows and presentations. • Develop and support C&I (Commercial & Industrial) projects. • Ensure data quality and pipeline management in the CRM (HubSpot). • Address open items and ensure proper sales processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the solar or energy industry • Ideally hands-on experience in the trades (e.g., installers, electricians or solar technicians) • Initial experience with larger projects, especially in the C&I sector • Sales experience is a plus but not required • Strong intrinsic motivation for the energy transition and the solar industry • Excellent communication skills and a confident presence • Persuasiveness and the ability to advise and inspire partners as an equal • High willingness to travel is expected.
