• NeoWork is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client. • As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of one of our clients. • As an innovative BPO company, NeoWork is committed to providing exceptional and personalized support to our clients. • As an Executive Assistant, you will directly contribute to our mission by customer service, sales processes, managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, preparing reports and presentations, and handling various administrative tasks. • We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and possesses a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant or similar role • Work is remote, but we prefer candidates from Medellin, Colombia. • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in using productivity tools and office software • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • High level of professionalism and confidentiality • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred • Owned computer or laptop and stable internet connectivity. • Knowledgeable in Office 360, Google Apps, and client-facing communication.
