• Drive revenue growth across Neptune’s national In Store media network • Own the strategic relationship with assigned retail partners • Identify, develop, and scale revenue-generating opportunities across retailer RMN • Partner with retailer Category, Merchandising, and Shopper Marketing teams • Own revenue accountability across assigned retailers
• 8–12+ years experience in Retail Media, Shopper Marketing, CPG, or Retail Sales Strategy • Proven track record of delivering results through the closing of sales in the retail landscape, ideally with or on behalf of CPG’s • Highly analytical with demonstrated ability to leverage data to develop tailored solutions for clients • Ability to confidently communicate and influence internal and external stakeholders • Deep understanding of CPG and retail industry
