📋 Description

• Analyze and validate XML/JSON data structures and schemas for accuracy and completeness • Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and troubleshooting • Work with PostgreSQL databases to manage, validate, and ensure data integrity • Validate business rules and workflows in insurance systems against requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to understand business logic and system behavior • Identify data inconsistencies, issues, and gaps, and drive resolution • Participate in requirement discussions and clarify expectations • Document validation processes, findings, and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in data validation, data analysis, or similar roles • Strong understanding of XML and JSON structures and schema validation • Advanced proficiency in SQL (data validation, querying, and analysis) • Solid knowledge of RDBMS concepts, specifically PostgreSQL • Experience working with insurance domain workflows and business rules • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Proactive mindset with a strong learning attitude and ability to ask the right questions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with Verisk FAST Insurance platform or similar insurance policy administration systems (Good to Have) • Exposure to workflow configuration and rule engines in insurance products (Good to Have) • Understanding of end-to-end insurance lifecycle processes (Good to Have)
