📋 Description

• Develop strategic and winning relationships throughout assigned customers • High focus on exceeding performance goals via off-shelf display, distribution gains, ACV enhancement, etc. • Establish strong working relationship with all internal teams including Customer Strategy, Finance, and Customer Service • Execute our brand and category growth strategy that align with the customer • Identify new opportunities for growth; develop and implement strategic growth plan aligned with corporate goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred • 8+ years sales experience preferred; minimum 4 years managing strategic FDM customers • Sales experience in the Grocery, Drug and/or Mass retail channel(s) is required • Experience in consumer goods, health & wellness, and vitamins and supplements is highly preferred • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
