📋 Description

• Strong focus on expanding the German market — several major customers already in place • Organizing demo meetings with prospective new customers — cold outreach • Generating leads and acquiring new customers, managing activities across the entire sales funnel through to closing • Maintaining the CRM system • Building a network of advocates and partners • Networking and representing the company at trade shows and conferences • Further developing and implementing the existing sales strategy • Executing strategic campaigns for lead acquisition • Strategic planning for market development

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in B2B SaaS and/or sustainability • Experience in ESG or sustainability reporting is a plus • Proven experience establishing initial contacts (cold outreach/cold calling) • Strong self-motivation, team spirit, and an independent, structured working style • Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English (DE/EN) • Proactive with a strong "hunter" mentality • Experience in complex B2B sales with enterprise customers and decision-makers • Comfortable working in an agile environment and able to adapt quickly to change • An existing B2B network is a bonus • Willingness to attend occasional on-site meetings and trade shows
