📋 Description

• You manage multiple website projects simultaneously — from initial concept through to handover. • You create realistic project plans, set priorities, and proactively respond to risks. • You monitor budgets, schedules, and quality, ensuring that agreed objectives are met. • You prepare decision materials, escalate at the right levels, and keep all stakeholders transparently informed. • You plan staffing and manage workload allocation within your team. • You coordinate collaboration between internal departments and external service providers.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of project management experience — ideally from an agency or consulting environment • “Digital” is your middle name • Confident communication in German and English • Tool expertise: Jira, Confluence and Miro • Experience with BCS Projektron (if not: you will learn it with us) • Experience with complex website setups
