• Proactively reach out to supply chain, operations, and finance leaders at SMBs via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. • Identify ideal customer profiles and research accounts to personalize outreach. • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects pain points, business priorities, and fit with our solutions. • Book qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to the AE team. • Work closely with AEs and Marketing to refine messaging, share market feedback, and optimize lead generation campaigns. • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and consistently report on activities, pipeline, and results.
• 1-3 years experience in outbound BDR/SDR roles (SaaS experience strongly preferred). • Familiarity with SMB sales motions and/or supply chain software a strong plus. • Confidence in cold-calling, emailing, and social selling to mid to senior stakeholders. • Strong research and discovery skills able to uncover business challenges and connect them to our solution. • Resilient, persistent, and motivated by goals. • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). • Comfortable working flexible hours into US hours.
