📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for new PMC customers from contract signature through vendor activation • Lead structured kickoff meetings to define success criteria, timeline, and roles across both PMC and NetVendor teams • Work with Sales and the Director of Customer Growth to transition new accounts with complete context, defined success criteria, and clear expectations • Drive customer engagement through regular updates, proactive guidance, and milestone tracking • Partner with Operations to coordinate account provisioning, integrations, and data setup • Maintain customer momentum and excitement through proactive communication and issue resolution • Ensure PMCs are vendor-ready and equipped to drive vendor enrollment campaigns internally • Collaborate with Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) to create adoption plans and ensure a seamless handoff into ongoing relationship management • Track and report on key onboarding KPIs, including time-to-launch, vendor enrollment rates, and customer satisfaction • Identify risks or bottlenecks early and take corrective action to keep launches on track • Provide structured feedback to Product, Operations, and Enablement teams on process improvements and documentation to scale onboarding efficiency • Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience that reinforces NetVendor’s value and accelerates revenue realization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation management, or customer success in a B2B SaaS environment • Proven ability to lead customer-facing implementations with measurable outcomes (time-to-value, adoption rates, satisfaction) • Exceptional project management and communication skills, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and timelines • Strong executive presence and comfort facilitating kickoff meetings and client updates • Experience partnering with Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs • Data-driven mindset with comfort using project management or CRM tools for tracking progress and reporting results • Organized, empathetic, and energized by helping customers achieve success and realize revenue quickly.
