• We at Network ESC are looking for motivated and energetic candidates to work as Business Development Associates and help us build up our Temporary and Permanent staffing clientele. • Business Development Associates will work closely with sales, clients, vendors, and other staff to identify and close new business deals. • They must have a strong understanding of our recruiting, staffing, and payrolling services here at Network ESC and great customer service skills. • Responsibilities include: • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives • Developing quotes and proposals for clients • Developing goals for business growth and helping ensure they are met. • This position is fully remote and allows associates to make their own hours! • This is a commission-based role that has unlimited growth potential and no cap on how much you can make.
