📋 Description
• Conduct sessions in English, ranging from Course Overviews to deep-dive Agile Workflows. • Regularly update lesson materials. • Refine teaching methodologies based on student feedback and industry shifts. • Lead two 8-week project phase, facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, and progress evaluations. • Demonstrate and teach how to use AI tools effectively to speed up the project process without sacrificing code quality.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven professional experience in IT Project Management. • Strong understanding of modern workflows, tools, and collaboration practices. • Demonstrate strong AI fluency and a practical understanding of how AI tools can support modern work in Product Management or IT Project Management. • Experience in creating or maintaining technical educational content. • Native or Near-Native English is mandatory (course language). • Strong experience with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban/Lean). • Ideally, previous experience in teaching, mentoring, training, or workshop facilitation.
