📋 Description

• You take over new customers from Sales after contract signing and initiate the engagement with a project kick-off meeting. • You analyze the customer's existing processes, document them, and implement them in Amagno. • You coordinate projects: scheduling, interfacing with partners, and aligning with internal and external stakeholders. • You conduct Amagno Basic & Advanced trainings remotely. • You actively manage your customers: roughly 10 per person, performing proactive health checks and occasionally initiating up- and cross-sell opportunities. • You invoice for your delivered services and monitor your monthly revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in the ECM/DMS domain. • Practical knowledge of typical requirements, workflows, and challenges of these systems. • Empathy and customer focus: you work with executives, IT managers, and administration—sometimes all three within a single project. • You work independently and take ownership of your projects. • Entrepreneurial mindset: you understand that your hours directly impact company success—and you want to help shape that. • Nice to have: experience in leading trainings or moderating workshops. • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Miro, Google Docs, weclapp).
