📋 Description

• Build compelling Agentforce-powered experiences for users • Architect and execute technical solutions for Agentforce and related technologies • Investigate Agentforce Agent limits and boundaries to drive business outcomes • Collaborate with customers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Developers, and UX Designers • Translate business needs into well-architected solutions • Oversee and contribute to design, development, testing, and deployment • Lead complete project technical solution design, including agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures • Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce at scale • Contribute reusable assets to improve delivery quality and consistency • Track new technical capabilities across Salesforce, Anthropic Claude, and other platforms

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in application and software development • 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field • Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript • Exposure or working knowledge of Python, Java, or C# • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce • Understanding of front-end web development principles and HTML/CSS • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical details to all audiences • Experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies • Familiarity with CI/CD solutions and DevOps principles • 15 years of full-time education
