• Streamline and execute all people operations in a 50-person AI-first organization • Manage end-to-end recruitment for 15-30 hires annually • Optimize recruitment tech stack and maintain a compliant People Ops process • Execute onboarding programs and manage performance reviews • Implement AI tools for HR workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR or recruitment • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and employer branding • Proficiency in HR technology and automation tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Advanced English proficiency is required • Experience in AI-focused companies or teams is a plus.
