📋 Description

• Lead work order execution and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Optimize operational processes and ensure alignment with PMO standards. • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Service Coordinators and team members. • Manage escalations and complex operational issues. • Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery. • Implement risk, quality, and compliance practices to support operational excellence. • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 3 – 5+ years’ experience in a project, operations, or service delivery environment. • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Experience troubleshooting and resolving operational, project-related, and escalated issues. • Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience. • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. • Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives. • Strong ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • PMP certification or an equivalent professional project management qualification is highly regarded.
