📋 Description

• Manage the planning, scheduling, and coordination of client installations, including software, hardware, server migrations, and other projects • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and communicate all elements of site and non-site installations and projects • Communicate with external clients, account managers, engineers, and other stakeholders • Coordinate allocation of skilled staff within time constraints • Provide regular status reports on active projects, including risks affecting on-time and on-budget completion • Reflect engineers' service calls in the service delivery calendar and communicate client instructions • Communicate schedule changes to relevant stakeholders • Record relevant data accurately in all systems • Develop and maintain working relationships across departments • Uphold workplace health and safety requirements • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with infrastructure technologies: cabling, wireless, A/V systems, end-user devices, and PC imaging • IT project management background preferred • 2+ years of experience in corporate IT and project coordination • 2+ years of technical support in a global setting (preferred) • Skilled in using ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing platforms • Experienced in vendor coordination and remote issue resolution • Strong communication, organizational, and client engagement abilities • Knowledgeable in project management practices and handling multiple projects • Detail-driven, proactive, and highly adaptable • Holds a degree or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline
