📋 Description

• Schedule, prioritize, and coordinate work orders with vendors, onsite teams, and stakeholders • Allocate resources, resolve scheduling issues, and ensure work order readiness • Track, complete, document, and submit work orders for billing • Monitor performance against timelines, quality standards, SLAs, and KPIs • Communicate status updates and confirm completion with stakeholders • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and quality standards • Provide guidance to teams and perform other related duties as needed • Support project delivery across US-based operations by coordinating tasks, managing schedules, tracking progress, and communicating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget, aligned with PMO standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must have 3 - 5 years of project coordination or operations support experience • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools • Proficient in MS Office; strong documentation and workflow coordination skills • Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Excellent English communication skills (phone and email) • Detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to manage multiple priorities • Flexible to work in US-based hours and adapt to changing project needs • Team-oriented with ability to support and guide others
