📋 Description

• Develop automations for the Support/Operations team • Ensure uptime of support servers, maintaining the area’s critical automations • Identify operational gaps and resolve them with automations • Represent the Support team in technical projects with other departments • Support the implementation of AI, bots and automations in customer service • Create reports for internal clients

🎯 Requirements

• Analytical profile, with the ability to turn problems into solutions • Proactive and a sense of ownership in problem resolution • Good communication skills to work with different departments and stakeholders • Strategic vision, understanding the entire operation • Knowledge of Linux and Windows server administration • Advanced experience developing applications with Python • Advanced knowledge of SQL • Familiarity with AI and relevant terms (LLMs, function calling, RAG, fine-tuning and vector databases) • Familiarity with orchestrators for automation development • Knowledge of Help Desk systems (Zendesk or Zoho Desk), with a focus on automation integration • Intermediate knowledge of web programming languages (PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus • Practical experience with AI applied to support operations (NLP models, ticket analysis, automatic classification, etc.) is a plus • Experience with advanced orchestration using tools like n8n, Airflow or Zapier is a plus • Prior work in high-availability (HA) environments, focused on uptime and reliability of critical automations, is a plus • Basic knowledge of DevOps/SRE practices, including CI/CD, monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) is a plus • Knowledge of information security as applied to automations, ensuring compliance and protection of sensitive data • Intermediate to advanced English
