📋 Description

• Plan, organize, and deliver training programs for the team • Identify new opportunities and training needs based on performance indicators • Monitor customer interactions on a daily basis • Ensure sales quality and adherence to processes • Report performance to leadership • Contribute to process improvements through innovation

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Finance, or a related field • Experience in sales, training, coaching, and monitoring • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office • Power BI and CRM experience are a plus • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset • All positions are open to people with disabilities (PwD)
