📋 Description

• Own execution and optimization of key marketing engines for monthly events, social media, and Facebook community • Manage multi-channel marketing workflows and high-stakes launch calendars for monthly event engine • Provide strategic creative direction to editors and designers for ad creation • Analyze funnel performance to execute rapid, data-backed optimizations • Design member journey within Facebook community to increase qualified prospects • Maintain marketing calendar with extreme ownership and launch-ready assets • Evolve workflows by integrating AI tools for production speed

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of managing complex marketing workflows and high-stakes launch calendars • Strategic, creative eye and ability to give direction that results in high-performing assets • Naturally performance-driven, with ability to analyze data and optimize ad performance • Asset-level understanding of AI tools and workflow building with LLMs or automation software • Collaborative communicator with the ability to drive organic social engagement into revenue
