📋 Description

• Analyze the customer’s existing guidelines and policies for the development, operation, and further development of the new platform • Design a methodology for systematically deriving processes, procedural instructions, and technical requirements • Develop processes and procedural instructions for the operational implementation of compliance requirements • Develop a secure development process in accordance with KRITIS, ISO 27001, and internal guidelines • Identify, specify, and document technical platform requirements such as logging, monitoring, access rights and role concepts, interfaces, and automation • Coordinate deliverables with policy and guideline owners as well as the project management team • Gather and evaluate feedback, and revise and consolidate drafts based on feedback and pilot experience • Provide subject-matter support for implementation across development, operations, and other participating teams • Support integration into agile development and DevOps workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Security, Business Administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification, such as several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable role • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT • At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: IT Service Management, data protection in an IT context, or information security • Demonstrable experience designing and documenting IT processes, workflows and procedural instructions, or technical platform requirements in complex IT environments • Applications must include at least two projects in which the relevant responsibilities were assumed • Knowledge of the requirements of KRITIS and ISO 27001 • Very good written and spoken German, at least C1 level
