📋 Description

• Fill technical positions, currently with a primary focus on software engineering • Prospectively recruit Product Owners, Project Managers, and Business Analysts • Review incoming applications and assess candidates’ technical profiles • Evaluate the fit between candidates’ experience and project backgrounds and the role requirements • Identify candidates via LinkedIn and other recruiting channels and reach out to them personally • Conduct initial interviews and clarify technical experience, motivation, availability, and salary expectations • Work closely with hiring managers and subject-matter stakeholders • Prepare interviews and guide candidates throughout the entire process • Maintain application processes in the applicant tracking system • Ensure a reliable flow of information between Recruiting, specialist departments, and management • Monitor the recruiting market and provide feedback on ways to improve sourcing and outreach

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in recruiting and active sourcing of technical professionals • Proven experience successfully filling software engineering positions • Understanding of the differences between frontend, backend, and full-stack profiles • Ability to ask targeted questions about hands-on project experience • Ideally, familiarity with profiles in product and project environments • Familiarity with Angular, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, CI/CD, and Kubernetes • Ability to confidently assess technical résumés and communicate with candidates on an equal footing • Proficient use of applicant tracking systems and digital recruiting tools • Experience with JOIN is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English • Independent, structured, and transparent working style • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously • Openness to the effective use of AI tools for research, outreach, and work organization • Careful review of AI-generated results
