• Helping customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media • Resolving queries with speed, care, and consistency • Supporting back-office operations (order updates, supplier coordination, admin) • Collaborating with team members via Slack and shared platforms • Contributing to quality, compliance, and performance goals
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written • Own PC/Laptop (Minimum of Core i3 Latest Gen and 8GB RAM) • Stable Internet and back up connection • Based in the Philippines • Previous experience in customer service or contact centres preferred • Zendesk experience is a plus • Willingness to work UK business hours (mid shift) and weekends/holidays • Clear communicator with a calm, customer-first mindset • Tech-confident and ready to learn
