📋 Description

• Provide consulting services and implement the SGU GPL Billing module • Negotiate processes, timelines, task changes, training, and project documentation with the client • Assist with process mapping, deliver user training, and oversee all implementation stages, ensuring effective communication between the client and the project team • Participate in periodic meetings to maintain ongoing project alignment and prepare planned work plans, optimizing activities • Monitor schedules, control deadlines and deliverables, and provide post-implementation support to ensure the proper use of products and services • Stay up to date with legal requirements affecting the product, assess their impact, and implement the necessary adjustments • Perform related activities as directed by leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of billing processes, including monthly premium billing, copayment billing, legislation, and healthcare operators’ legal obligations to the ANS • Knowledge of the Unimed system • Knowledge of the SGU system • Strong communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills • Preferred: Experience with Oracle databases and the PL/SQL programming language
