📋 Description

• Provide support for tickets across various Oracle Supply Chain Management modules • Resolve and close support tickets independently within defined SLA deadlines • Lead SCM delivery for assigned clients • Conduct weekly status meetings and provide regular ticket progress updates • Perform quarterly release testing • Explore and implement new features and maintain documentation • Conduct regular training sessions for team members • Configure and maintain Oracle Supply Chain modules according to business processes • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues • Interface with Oracle Support for critical issue resolution and product enhancement updates • Gather and analyze business requirements for solution design and delivery • Contribute to continuous improvement, internal processes, and Peloton intellectual property

🎯 Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Supply Chain Modules (SCM) • 4+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle SCM Cloud (Fusion) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience supporting/managing accounting functions in Oracle SCM, including Order Management, Inventory, Costing, and Manufacturing • Basic knowledge of other SCM modules • Minimum of two end-to-end implementations in Oracle Supply Chain OR 4+ years of support experience • Ability to understand and decompose Supply Chain, Financial, business, and technical concepts • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onshore/offshore model • Fit with Peloton culture and company values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, can-do attitude, and speaking your ideas • Certifications in Oracle SCM Cloud and related modules are desired • Basic knowledge of OTBI reports, SmartView, and FRS reports is desired
