📋 Description

• Handle chargeback cases for POS and eCommerce transactions • Manage BLIK-related cases and inquiries • Apply and maintain knowledge of Visa and Mastercard payment scheme chargeback regulations • Prepare team statistics and reports upon supervisor request • Support and train junior specialists in daily operations • Create training materials and documentation • Participate in online training sessions organized by Payment Schemes • Monitor and verify updates in Payment Scheme regulations for POS and eCommerce • Ensure proper implementation of regulation updates in daily operations in cooperation with Card Scheme Compliance • Coordinate team activities in the supervisor’s absence • Support the supervisor with ongoing operational tasks • Independently represent the team in internal and cross-functional meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in chargeback processes • Completed Visa/Mastercard training in chargebacks • Higher education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) • Strong teamwork skills and ability to share knowledge • High level of accuracy and responsibility • Ability to meet deadlines • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Very good knowledge of Payment Scheme regulations, especially Visa and Mastercard • Proactive attitude and willingness to continuously develop skills • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level • Fluent Polish • Experience with eCommerce chargeback processing is a bonus • Knowledge of and experience working with Salesforce is a bonus
