📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and close financing transactions for small to large enterprise companies • Create programmatic and transactional relationships with manufacturers, dealers, end users, and/or finance partners • Close and fund a target of $20MM in originations annually • Actively piggyback transactions from sourcing to credit, structuring, and pricing to funding • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets • Monitor market trends, stay informed about industry changes, and update product knowledge • Occasional travel for client meetings, industry events, and training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (finance/business/marketing preferred) • 5+ years in the equipment financing industry or sales role that includes leasing/financing as an integral part of the selling process • Proven track record of success • Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate across all levels of an organization • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint • Attention to detail and able to identify potential issues • Comfort with ambiguity • Ability to handle multiple tasks and re-prioritize as necessary
