📋 Description

• Manage healthcare software solutions • Define and execute product strategy, focusing on innovation, customer and user-centric solutions • Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams • Guide the entire product lifecycle from ideation to sunset • Identify new opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive threats with market research • Communicate product strategy, milestones, and performance metrics effectively

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, software engineering discipline, or a related field • 10+ years of successful management experience • 8+ years of experience working on 'technology-powered products' as either a product manager, designer, engineer, analyst, or implementer/trainer • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with the ability to speak to measurable successes • Proven track record in product management within healthcare IT, demonstrating progressively increasing levels of responsibility and achievement • Deep understanding of healthcare technology, product management best practices • Solid understanding of healthcare IT systems, interoperability standards, EMRs, telehealth, and digital health solutions
