• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach campaigns. • Conduct data enrichment and lead qualification to improve targeting. • Ensure the accuracy and quality of information in our CRM (Salesforce). • Help create and develop the BDR business unit (processes, tools, methods). • Plan and execute outreach operations: identify targets and craft messages in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams. • Track campaign performance by building and improving dashboards with Sales Ops, using CRM data to refine analysis and strategy. • Analyze the conversion funnel and recommend improvements to boost performance. • Cold calling: execute predefined messaging and targeting, make calls, write emails, etc., to generate interest and encourage prospects to learn more.
• Previous sales experience as a BDR is a plus. • Native-level French and C1-level English. • Sales-driven mindset, strong organizational skills, and solid CRM experience expected. • Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment. • Comfortable working with sales, marketing, and operations teams. • Eagerness to learn about the product, market, and customer needs. • Able to interpret data and suggest improvements. • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting targets and measuring performance.
