📋 Description

• Generate leads through cold calling and outreach campaigns. • Conduct data enrichment and lead qualification to improve targeting. • Control quality of information in our CRM (Salesforce). • Help to create and develop the BDR business unit (processes, tools, methods). • Create operations: identifying the target and the message in collaboration with the sales team and the marketing team. • Track campaign performance by building and improving dashboards with Sales Ops, using CRM data to refine analysis and strategy. • Analyze the conversion funnel and suggest areas for improvement to boost performance.

🎯 Requirements

• A first experience in sales as BDR could be a plus. • Native level in Portuguese and C1 level in English. • Sales mindset, very good organization and an experience with CRM is highly expected. • Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment. • Collaboration – Works smoothly with sales, marketing, and operations teams. • Curiosity – Eager to learn about the product, market, and customer needs. • Analytical thinking – Able to understand data and suggest improvements. • Goal-oriented mindset – Focused on achieving targets and measuring results.
