📋 Description

• Own day-to-day data integrity of the Jira program board across all workstreams • Maintain the decisions log and RAID register, create and link Jira tickets, track items to closure, and flag overdue or unowned items • Build and maintain weekly executive status materials, dashboards, metrics, SharePoint pages, and summaries • Track deliverable status across workstreams and delivery partners, send reminders, and surface gaps to the PMO Lead • Schedule and coordinate program meetings, prepare agendas, and capture decisions and action items • Maintain program documentation in SharePoint/Confluence and keep workflow diagrams, trackers, and reference materials accurate and versioned • Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to governance, reporting, and tool usage

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in project coordination, PMO operations, or delivery support on medium-to-large technology or transformation programs • Hands-on Jira administration and reporting experience, including boards, filters, dashboards, and large-volume data integrity • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup, tracking, reconciliation, and metrics • Ability to produce clean, executive-ready PowerPoint status slides and dashboards • Excellent written English for asynchronous, cross-time-zone collaboration • Ability to reliably work U.S. Pacific business hours from India • Comfort using generative AI for documentation, summarization, and reporting, with critical review and validation of AI output • Familiarity with ERP implementations, SDLC, or enterprise program environments is a strong plus
