📋 Description

• Independent support of our Service Management customers • Customer visits • Management and optimization of service processes in accordance with ITIL • Coordination of support requests and escalations • Close collaboration with product management, development and sales • Monitoring SLAs and KPIs and preparing reports • Identification of improvement opportunities to increase service quality • Planning, overseeing and implementing IT projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in IT service management, ideally in the healthcare sector • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with people • Knowledge of implementing eHealth solutions • Ability to analyze complex processes and design them efficiently • Team player with a willingness to take responsibility
