📋 Description

• Take ownership of approved projects and manage them across all project phases — from RTB, construction, grid connection through to commissioning • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and resolve operational issues on site • Comprehensive tracking, forecasting and reporting to ensure cost, schedule and quality targets are met • Review, manage and enforce EPC and supplier contracts to ensure full contractual compliance • Represent the project to external stakeholders such as investors, authorities and grid operators • Lead project teams and actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project standards, benchmarks and processes within the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering) or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience with demonstrable increases in responsibility, task complexity and measurable project successes • Experience in project commissioning, including tracking contractor performance and issuing site releases related to construction progress and quality control • Strong negotiation skills and high intercultural sensitivity in an international business environment • Business-fluent English (written and spoken) and German at C1 level • Willingness to travel frequently within Germany
