📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between Hamilton Insurance Agency and clients • Retain existing clients by building and solidifying relationships • Answer product and service questions in a timely manner • Respond to telephone and email inquiries from clients • Follow up on pending issues • Act as liaison between client and carrier on escalated service issues • Assist Sales Executives with research and preparation for client presentations • Prepare client spreadsheets and presentations • Coordinate renewals with Producer and/or management and BA • Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information • Manage overall case management and service coordination

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required • Life & Health License (or must be obtained within 6 months of hire) • At least 3 years of related experience • Knowledge of employee benefits programs and procedures • Proficient oral and written communications skills • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Ability to read and interpret data • Good organizational and time management skills • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
