📋 Description

‱ Lead and develop a team of two colleagues ‱ Provide functional leadership and coordination for the sales teams ‱ Define and implement a comprehensive Sales Action Plan ‱ Align commercial strategies for multi-market clients ‱ Actively participate in acquiring new clients through preparation and delivery of pitches ‱ Drive the evolution of Nhood's commercial approach ‱ Address internal and external challenges in equal measure

🎯 Requirements

‱ Fluent in English ‱ 12 to 15 years of experience in business development ‱ Strong pitching skills and proven experience in contract launches ‱ Deep knowledge of one or more asset classes ‱ Experience in Retail is a plus but not mandatory ‱ Prior experience in a property services firm managing third-party accounts ‱ Experience in hierarchical management and functional coordination ‱ Ability to structure a team, recruit and organize a high-performing Business Development unit
