📋 Description

• Create, update, and deliver training material for online and classroom learning • Plan and develop multimedia learning courses for Niagara’s learning management system • Assist with the development of video and audio components for learning assets • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate content • Evaluate the results of training programs and modify future programs accordingly • Maintain an understanding of Niagara’s LMS system • Write and edit documentation and ensure accuracy according to formatting standards

🎯 Requirements

• 2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment • 2 Years – Experience in Position • 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Instructional Design and other related fields or equivalent experience • Proficiency in Articulate 360 Suite, Vyond, Camtasia, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (CS6) • Experience with multimedia technologies and e-learning design
