📋 Description
• Source and attract candidates through various channels • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and maintain communication with candidates
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
