• Drive new partner acquisition across Latvia through targeted prospecting, outreach, and cold calling. • Build and grow a high-impact partner network in Latvia. • Collaborate with Nimblr’s cross-functional teams to execute our channel growth strategy. • Manage key partner relationships for long-term mutual success. • Meet and exceed defined sales KPIs—monthly, quarterly, annual.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or a related field • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within cybersecurity • Proven success in a channel or partner sales role with experience in partner onboarding, enablement and a deep understanding of channel sales strategy and operations • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • High levels of initiative, independence, and persistence • Proficient with CRM systems and modern sales tools • A valid driving license and willingness to travel within Latvia • Fluent in both Latvian and English (written and spoken). Bonus: knowledge of any other Baltic or European language.
