📋 Description

• Acquire new restaurants and local shops as partners for the NINJAS platform • Research suitable restaurants and local shops • Conduct initial outreach in person, by phone, and through digital channels • Present the NINJAS platform • Identify individual customer needs • Conduct and follow up on sales conversations • Support partners through to successful contract signing • Continuously build and develop your sales territory • Organize sales activities largely independently • Maintain consistent sales activity and achieve measurable results

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the food service industry, retail, platform businesses, or SaaS • Enjoyment of engaging with customers in person and by phone • Persuasiveness and a professional demeanor • Initiative and consistent follow-up • Reliable and results-oriented approach to work • Very good German language skills • An existing network in the food service or retail sector is an advantage, but not required • A trade license is required only if choosing the self-employed sales model • Work is possible either as a self-employed salesperson with a trade license or under a freelance service contract
